Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights available to EU residents under the laws of their member state of residence, nor consumer protection rights available under applicable mandatory local law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
